One of the best resort I have visited till now. I The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the room , we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset over the red sea from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is far away from crowd, it is literally a hidden gem Our stay at the hotel was for 9 nights , the nearby excursions are breath taking , we went safari, ref sea tours, Scuba diving ..etc limitless fun and sun ! He we had a memorable time together. All respect for Mr Hisham and Mr Waleed , the actimg managers who really went and beyond to ensure our stay is as memorable as it could be ! Thank you for a great job here.Excellent hospitality:) Special Thank you to the restaurant's chefs and attendants, Abo Zmariam, Abo Salah , Abd elrhman Mr Usama in the restaurant is amazing and professional yet personable and friendly Kerolos , Amr , Hani and Moe from reception are always there to offer help and support Karim from the concierge/tour is a kind soul Special Room receive Mustafa and Dahi Abdo and the water park staff are super friendly Will definitely come back with my family

Here’s what we loved: • The food was truly delicious — varied, fresh, and full of flavor. • Service throughout the hotel was excellent, staff were kind, helpful, and always smiling. • Big shoutout to the animation team, especially Zizu, who brought amazing energy and fun to the days and evenings! • The hotel is smaller, which we actually loved — it felt cozy and personal, yet everything was well organized and smooth. • The coastal promenade is fantastic for running or evening walks, and the connection to the other five neighboring hotels through gardens adds to the charm. • The aqua park in the hotel next door is a huge bonus — lots of fun for kids and adults alike. • We stayed in a room with a private pool, which was beautiful with stunning view to the sea, but since it wasn’t heated, it was really cold and not really worth the money. And a special thank you to Mohamed (hope I spelled it right) — the cleaner from room 1059 — your care and attention to detail made a big difference. Thank you so much!

Very nice hotel, rooms were comfortable and clean, our room always had a nice detail to welcome us after the day at the beach or the pool. Restaurant Buffett was well stocked and food was good and fresh. The aqua park was amazing for our 9 and 11 year old children. They didn't want to go anywhere else and kept sliding, there is also a food court where you get pizzas, burgers, salads and creppes (really good crepes!). Animation teams were good, specially the fire show, great performance. Check in and out was really smooth. BONUS: I like photography, I was carrying my 200-600 telephoto and I was able to capture shots of am Osprey and a group of terns phishing :)

The hotel is stunning, be it the location and views, the interior design and the fantastic friendly staff. The food was miles above everything we had before with an outstanding selection of dishes to suit all tastes. Last, but not least, the reef on the nearby bay is spectacular. Only wish we had more time and flatter seas to appreciate it to its best. PS : it s only a 5min drive from the airport, so you re on holidays quicker than anywhere else
